The room was decent sized and functional with bathroom-glass and an intimate atmosphere, for example. A hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and soft bathrobes was a plus.

The views were really bad.

Well-appointed rooms with Mt Zion in the distance and the' loo', for example and savoury breakfast.

The place was clean, a decent size rooms. Liked our rooms with view. Everything was really good, nevertheless a few employees were poorly trained. The staff was top-class and helpful and we would love to come back here some time.

Unique hotel, clean, delicious breakfast, beautiful location right in the center practically next to the old city. Location short walk to Israel for several weeks as well as the city's most upscale malls.

Comfortable bed, luxury bathroom and central heating, a private safe and pay television in the room.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and secure throughout our stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to the Old City and the Mamilla shopping district. The rooftop restaurant provided breathtaking views of the city.

Felt very relaxed, no complaints.

The breakfast buffet was by far the best we had during our Israel trip. The location of the hotel to the Old City was great. The Mamilla was not nearly as stuffy as the Citadel.

The gym was not ready during our stay.

This modern hotel is based in a lovely building and has a rooftop restaurant. Helpful personnel is with a rather clueless service in the entire property. The breakfasts is abundant and savoury with a huge variety of food.

Cannot find any fault!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and all the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient, and the staff helped us with our car and luggage. The location was perfect for our getaway, close to the center and everything we were looking for. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

Perfect location. Easy walk to Jaffa Gate. Near shopping plaza. Staff very sweet, try to be helpful and give personal attention.Reception staff is first rate.

Disappointing breakfast buffet, compared to other hotel's Israeli breakfast. Not that it was bad, but given the level of this hotel, would have expected breakfast at least on par with other "lesser" hotels, and it was not at all.

Attention to detail, accommodation of requests, proximity to Jerusalem Old City

Excellent location, rooftop restaurant with stunning views, friendly staff, stylish and functional rooms, great gym, beautiful design and decor.

Nothing could have been better.

This is a luxurious hotel where they look after your every need. The rooms, property and dining are outstanding. I love the design and incredible detail they have put forth into every aspect of it. It was a complete joy to stay there. We loved it so much we extended our stay.

The only thing I can say negative about the Mamilla is that wi fi should be included for the price and also considering the very high standard they have set in their property. I found paying $ 20 a day strange for the cost of the rooms and the level of service they provide. I think they should modify this policy
